Olivia is a cheerful and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with a strong passion for supporting individuals and families to achieve meaningful goals within their communities. She completed her Master of Occupational Therapy Practice at Monash University in 2017 and has since gained extensive experience across community settings, private clinics, and both mainstream and specialist schools.
Before joining TeamiCare in 2023, Olivia worked in diverse paediatric and adult settings, developing a deep understanding of developmental, social, and functional needs across the lifespan. She particularly enjoys working with children of all ages and abilities, collaborating closely with families to build their confidence and capacity to help their children thrive.
Olivia also works with adults in their home and community environments, focusing on enhancing independence in daily living, identifying suitable living arrangements, and fostering social and vocational skills.
Known for her warm, intuitive, and strengths-based approach, Olivia creates safe and engaging spaces where clients feel empowered to be their authentic selves. She tailors each therapy experience to align with her clients’ unique interests and goals, ensuring therapy is both effective and enjoyable.
Olivia is deeply committed to building strong, collaborative relationships with clients, families, and support teams, and she continues to be inspired by helping individuals build their confidence, independence, and capacity to live fulfilling lives.
