We are seeking a passionate and dedicated person to join our growing healthcare team.

Employment: Part-time (3–4 days per week)
Location: South & South-Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne + Remote/Hybrid
Reports To: Clinical Lead – Speech Pathology

Role Purpose

To provide high-quality speech pathology services—including pediatrics therapy and swallowing/feeding assessments across all ages—to improve communication, safety, and wellbeing. This role also supports Mandarin-speaking clients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments for speech, language, articulation, literacy, fluency, and communication needs.
  • Provide pediatric communication assessments and early intervention support.
  • Complete swallowing and feeding assessments for all ages, including infants, children, adults, and older adults.
  • Develop and deliver evidence-based therapy programs.
  • Prepare clinical documentation and reports aligned with SPA, NDIS, and TeamiCare requirements.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, educators, GPs, support coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide culturally responsive services, including support for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Mandatory Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master of Speech Pathology.
  • SPA Membership (CPSP) or eligibility.
  • Experience in pediatric communication assessments.
  • Experience in swallowing/feeding assessments (or commitment to upskill with clinical support).
  • Must speak Mandarin (professional fluency).
  • National Police Check + Working with Children Check.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (if applicable).
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Current immunisation compliance per state guidelines.
